The Party

Empowering Girls Through Education

This 2 hour party provides essential information to help girls navigate the changes of adolescence and puberty with confidence. We offer in-person (Chicagoland) and virtual party options.

What We Discuss



In our party, we will discuss many topics including anatomy, body changes, hygiene, nutrition, exercise, acne/skincare, nutrition, sleep and periods. We DO NOT discuss sex, identity or drugs. Topics can be personalized based on your party's request. It is interactive and designed for lots of discussion!

The Puberty Party is an educational party to ease the transition for girls as they become women. 

A parent or educator organizes the party and the attendees, including the location, snacks, and set-up (audio and visual for a slideshow). The party lasts for 2 hours with a quick intermission to stretch! 

Anyone who finds it helpful! The curriculum is designed for girls ages 9-11 (3rd-5th grade). We recommend kids attend with a trusted parent or caregiver. 

In-person Party (Chicagoland area): $75 per child + adult, with a minimum of $750/Party Monday - Thursday, $1000 Friday - Sunday. 


Virtual Party: $500 Monday -Thursday; $750 Friday - Sunday.

About Me

 Dr. Payal Adhikari is a board-certified pediatrician, mom and speaker who loves empowering girls and young women.  As a mother of a young daughter, she realized how overwhelming growing up can be. She uses her expertise and a practical approach to ease the transition and normalize the process.
